PSAI Honors United Site Services’ Technicians With Service Tech of the Year & Runner up Awards
United Site Services (USS), the nation’s leading provider of portable restrooms, temporary fences, and other site services announced today that the company was the recipient of the Service Tech of the Year and the runner-up Service Tech of the Year as awarded by Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI); an international industry association of portable sanitation service companies. The award honors the industry’s top service technicians who actively embody the highest standards of our industry.
This is a rare clean sweep with United Site Service’s service technician Darrell Phillips of Tampa, FL as the recipient of the PSAI Service Tech of the Year Award; and United Site Services service technician Francisco Inocencio of Santa Rosa, CA as the runner up. Both professionals were awarded at the annual PSAI Convention and Trade Show, held March 15 -18th in Orlando, FL.

With 11 years of professional experience, Mr. Phillips is an exemplary Service Technician with an outstanding record for safety, attendance and positive involvement with United Site Services’ Lead Program. Mr. Inocencio has been with United Site Services for over 12 years, and boasts a record that is gleaming with positive testimonials from customers in both the construction and events markets. Both recipients were trained to follow United Site Services’ leading 10-Point Service Plan that ensures consistent and safe sanitation services at every porta potty service location.
The PSAI Award Committee reviews nominations from around the world to identify the most appropriate recipients. The nominees are judged on an assessment of performance in general role and quality assurance, internal and external customer service, safety, concern for company equipment and cooperation and compliance with employer and industry waste-hauling guidelines.
