NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST THE 18 YEARS IN AGE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES.
- Eligibility
- United Site Services Giveaway for Catersource + The Special Event (CS+TSE) Tradeshow in Austin, TX(The "Giveaway") is open to all individuals who attend the 2024 Catersource + The Special Event Tradeshow and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Other individuals that are employees, respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliate and advertising and promotion agencies as well as immediate family, or household members of attendees are not eligible. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- The giveaway will run from 00:01 a.m. on February 14, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. February 15, 2024 Central Time (CT) ("Entry Period").
- Agreement of Official Rules
- The giveaway is sponsored by United Site Services, Inc. located at 118 Flanders Rd., Westborough, MA 01581.
- Entry Requirements
- To enter the giveaway, entrants must complete the form on this webpage during the entry period.
- Prize
- One TUNDRA® 45 HARD COOLER (Value: $325.00 USD). No cash value. Prize awarded as-is and may be substituted at the sole discretion of United Site Services.
- All travel, fees, taxes and ground transportation or any other charges required for the prize's delivery will be included in the prize. If any component of the prize is lost or stolen once delivered, United Site Services is under no obligation for repair, replacement or damages to the winner.
- Winner Notification/Selection
- The winner will be randomly selected by United Site Services from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted after 5:00 p.m. (CT) February 15, 2024 by a representative of United Site Services, whose decision is final. The winner will be notified shortly after by phone and email.
- The winner must confirm by 4:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday February 16, 2023. If email or phone number is returned as undeliverable, or the winner doesn't contact United Site Services by 4:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday February 16, 2024, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be given to an alternative winner.
- No substitutions are permitted. The prize is not redeemable for cash, and the prize is non-transferable.
- Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes as permission for United Site Services to use winner's name, prize won, company name, job title and likeness for email communication, online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- In the event of a dispute with any entry into this giveaway, the authorized account holder of the email account used to enter the giveaway will be deemed the entrant and must comply with these Terms. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder, if needed.
- All participating entrants agree to these Terms and accept the decisions of United Site Services, and employees from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this giveaway or use of the prize. United Site Services is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the offer, administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.
- General Conditions
- United Site Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any part of the giveaway. United Site Services reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the giveaway process or acting in violation of the terms of this or any contest or promotion or disruptive manner.
- Limitations of Liability
- United Site Services is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or other errors associated with or utilized in the giveaway, (2) technical failures of any kind, (3) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process, (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error that might occur in the administration process of the giveaway (5) late, lost, undeliverable or damaged mail, (6) any injury or damage to the person or the persons property directly or indirectly related to the participants entrance into the giveaway. United Site Services is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or any technical problems of any combination. In no event shall United Site Services be liable for any attorneys' fees, punitive, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages.
- By receipt of any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless United Site Services and their officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents , advertising/promotion agencies from and against any and all liability, loss, injury, or damage to property or person, including death, rights, claims, and actions, and reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the giveaway.
- Disputes
- The entrant agrees that any and all disputes connected to this giveaway will be resolved by individuals, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all claims will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to the giveaway. All issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official giveaway rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
- Confidentiality
- By entering the giveaway, the information that you provide may be shared by United Site Services. You may be contacted by United Site Services with future promotional offers. Information provided by you to participate in this giveaway is subject to the opt-out and privacy policy for United Site Services.
